Basic Classes:
Introduction to Computers and the Internet will teach individuals: computer terminology, computer component identification, how to operate the mouse with hand eye coordination, the very basics of the internet including internet terminology, and information on protecting yourself on the internet. The classes will meet once a week, for an hour, for a total of four weeks. The class will be held on Thursdays. There is a fee of $20.00 to offset the cost for materials and instruction.

Surfing the Web (Part 1 and 2) will teach individuals: surfing terminology, how to use web addresses and search engines more proficiently, and information on protecting yourself on the internet. The class will meet once a week, for an hour, for a total of eight weeks. The class will be held on Thursdays. There is a fee of $40.00 to offset the cost for materials and instruction. The fee will cover both Part 1 and Part 2 of the class.

Email Accounts will teach individuals: email terminology, how to operate an email account proficiently, and what to be aware of regarding Identity Theft/Phishing. The class will meet once a week, for an hour, for a total of four weeks. The class will be held on Thursdays. There is a fee of $20.00 to offset the cost for materials and instruction.

Microsoft Programs:
Microsoft Word will teach individuals: word processing terminology, the basics of the toolbars, how to create labels, and how to create and modify word processing documents. The class will meet once a week, for an hour, for a total of four weeks. The class will be held on Thursdays. There is a fee of $25.00 to offset the cost for materials and instruction.

Microsoft Publisher will teach individuals: how to create and compose address labels, flyers, cards, certificates, business cards, resumes and calendars. The class will meet once a week, for an hour, for a total of four weeks. The class will be held on Thursdays.  There is a fee of $25.00 to offset the cost for materials and instruction.

Microsoft Power Point will teach individuals how to prepare a proper presentation with text, pictures, and clipart. The class will meet once a week, for an hour, for a total of four weeks. This class will be held on Thursdays. There is a fee of $25.00 to offset the cost for materials and instruction.

Specialty Classes:
Digital Camera will teach individuals how to upload photos to the internet for modification and developing of the pictures. The class will meet once a week, for an hour, for a total of four weeks. The class will be held on Thursdays. There is a fee of $30.00 to offset the cost for materials and instruction.

Windows Movie Maker (Part 1 and 2) will teach individuals how to create a DVD or CD of their most prized photographs with music. The class will meet once a week, for an hour, for a total of eight weeks. The class will be held on Thursdays. There is a fee of $60.00 to offset the cost for materials and instruction. The fee will cover Part 1 and Part 2 of the class.
