June 1st, 2009 to July 31st, 2009
The Summer Reading Programs “Be Creative” and “Express Yourself” is going to start Monday June 1st, 2009 for children ages 3-18. Thanks to our generous sponsors, participants get a FREE book upon signing up, and earn incentives along the way. Incentive prize coupons are provided by the following supporters: Sonic, McDonalds, Richmond Shell, Pizza Hut, Richmond Bowl, Lawson Super, and Judy’s Place. Those that complete the program are eligible to enter the drawings for one of 10 Grand Prizes as well. The Grand Prizes include Jeep Power Wheel, Lego/Train Table, Doll House, Play Kitchen and Accessories, American Girl Doll, Nintendo DS and Game, ILive Micro Stereo System, MP3 Player, Bicycle, and Tickets to Cannonball Theater/Kansas City Royals Game/Kansas City Zoo. To qualify for any of these great prizes all you have to do is register June 1st, 2009 and read 40 age appropriate books age 3-Grade5 and read 20 books Grade 6-Grade12!
